These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of services and digital content provided by Ashley Cannard, operating under Vista Design Studios LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By booking a 1:1 session, submitting a question, or using our website (ashleycannard.com and related pages), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.

All sessions are conducted virtually via Zoom unless otherwise stated.
2. Booking + Payment
All sessions are paid in full at the time of booking.
You are responsible for selecting a session time within available hours and submitting payment through the official Stripe or booking link provided.
Session requests submitted without payment will not be confirmed.
3. Cancellations + Rescheduling
Life happens — if you need to reschedule, email hello@ashleycannard.com at least 24 hours before your session.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time are non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy
Because sessions involve a reserved time and personal preparation, all sales are final.
If technical issues or emergencies arise on our end, we’ll reschedule at no extra cost.
5. Intellectual Property
All written content, frameworks, recordings, and resources shared by Ashley Cannard are owned by Vista Design Studios LLC and protected under copyright law.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any materials without written permission.
6. Disclaimer + Scope of Services
Ashley Cannard is not a licensed therapist, counselor, or medical professional.
Sessions and written responses are for perspective, clarity, and educational purposes only — not a substitute for professional, financial, medical, or legal advice.
You accept full responsibility for any decisions made following your session or submission.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or reliance on the content provided.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, U.S.A.
Any disputes will be handled in Michigan state or federal courts.
