These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of in-home services and related digital materials provided by Ashley Cannard, operating under Vista Design Studios LLC (“Company,” “we,” “us,” or “our”). By submitting a form, booking a Strategy Session, scheduling in-home services, purchasing a Pre-Move Plan & Prep™ Intensive or Prep Pack, or using this website (ashleycannard.com and related pages), you (“Client,” “you,” or “your”) agree to these Terms.
1. Services Provided
We provide in-home home preparation and planning services including, but not limited to:

Pre-Move Home Strategy Sessions

Decluttering and downsizing assistance

Room-by-room planning and organization

Packing systems and labeling guidance

Donation and resale planning

Project timelines and preparation strategies

Pre-listing readiness support
Services are provided in-person unless otherwise stated.
We are not a moving company, cleaning service, or real estate brokerage.
2. Booking + Payment
All Strategy Sessions, Intensives, Prep Packs, and other services must be paid in full unless otherwise stated at the time of booking.
You are responsible for selecting a date and time and submitting payment through the official booking or payment link provided.
Appointments are not confirmed without payment.
3. Cancellations + Rescheduling
Life happens — if you need to reschedule, email hello@ashleycannard.com at least 24 hours before your scheduled in-home visit.
No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled time are non-refundable.
4. Refund Policy
Because in-home services involve reserved time and preparation, all sales are final.
If technical issues or emergencies arise on our end, your appointment will be rescheduled at no additional cost.
5. Intellectual Property
All written content, frameworks, recordings, and resources shared by Ashley Cannard are owned by Vista Design Studios LLC and protected under copyright law.
You may not copy, distribute, or reuse any materials without written permission.
6. Disclaimer + Scope of Services
Ashley Cannard is not a licensed contractor, cleaner, mover, medical professional, or legal advisor.
Services focus on planning, organizing, decluttering, and preparing a home for sale or relocation.
Clients remain responsible for all final decisions, physical labor beyond agreed services, and hiring third-party vendors such as movers, cleaners, stagers, donation centers, or contractors.
7. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for any direct, indirect, or consequential damages resulting from your use of our services or reliance on the content provided.
8. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Michigan, U.S.A.
Any disputes will be handled in Michigan state or federal courts.
