Do You Move or Pack for Clients?

No — I provide planning, systems, and hands-on guidance before the packing or moving phase. I help clients decide what to keep, sell, donate, or discard (think: sorting, decluttering, and organizing — not packing moving boxes). Clients or movers handle the actual packing and moving.

Do You Coordinate Movers, Cleaners, or Other Vendors?

I guide clients on which types of vendors to hire and when (and may recommend specific companies when possible), but I do not contact, schedule, or manage vendors; clients handle all vendor communication and booking.

How Much Does the Service Cost?

All new clients begin with a Pre-Move Home Strategy Session — a high level in-home planning visit designed to assess the home, timeline, and priorities before hands-on work begins.

 

Many homeowners choose to continue with a hands-on Plan & Prep Intensive, and when scheduled within 7 days of the Strategy Session, $100 from that session is applied toward the first intensive.

• Strategy Session: $300

• Pre-Move Plan & Prep Intensive (5 hours): $500
  (Best for a large space like a garage or basement — or two smaller rooms, depending on scope)

• Discounted Prep Packs available for multi-room projects
  (Most multi-room projects move into a Prep Pack bundle after the initial Strategy Session)

After the Strategy Session, I’ll recommend the most effective path forward for your client based on scope, need, budget, and timeline.
